Holiday Help: Set-Up and Deco

Hello church family,

The holiday season is fast approaching and we are looking for some people to help out over the next couple of months with the special events coming up. 

You would be working with the Deco Team and/or the Set Up Team for each event.  Please sign up to help out to make these church wide celebrations special!  Any help would be much appreciated! 

1.  Christmas Churchwide Deco Day, Saturday 12/6
To prepare for the Advent Season, we will be decorating our whole church with Christmas decorations! We are not only looking for people to help decorate and put up ornaments, but also people who can go up on ladders and hang things on the wall and the ceiling.  No need to prepare or plan, the Deco Team will have a guideline for you upon arrival!    Even if you can't stay the whole time, any amount of help is appreciated!
Time:  9:00am-1:00pm (lunch provided)
Children are welcome to join!

2.  Christmas Program, Friday 12/19
Both Deco and Set up team need help setting up tables for people to enjoy the refreshments and to help decorate for this special evening.  We are also looking for people to help man the photo booth and ornament making station.   
Time:  4:00pm-9:00pm

3.  New Year's Eve Service, Wednesday 12/31
We will need help setting up tables for people to enjoy our annual Rice Cake Soup as well as some small decorations.   
Time:  5:00pm-9:00pm
